Fee schedule
Everything it costs to sell here, on one page.
One commission, charged to the seller, on a sale that completed. The rate falls as the sale value rises. There is no listing fee, no subscription and nothing charged to the buyer. Removal is quoted by a contractor and paid to that contractor; we take no margin on it.

The worked example
A serviced combi oven that sold for $9,750.
A 2022 Rational SCC WE 61, Grade B, sold to a first-site operator in E14. The sale sits in the middle band, so the commission is 7%. That is the whole of what AssetDelta takes. Every other line on this page is either zero or paid to somebody else.
The liquidator quote on the same unit was $1,900. That is the comparison the commission is worth measuring against.
| Sale price | $9,750.00 |
|---|---|
| AssetDelta commission 7% | -$682.50 |
| Net to seller | $9,067.50 |
Paid to the seller’s connected Stripe account 48 hours after the unit is collected.
If the unit carried a Verified Inspection
The $185.00 fee comes out of the same payout, so the net is $8,882.50. It is optional, and it is stated before you book it.
Commission
Three bands. The rate falls as the sale value rises.
Charged once, to the seller, when a sale completes. The band is decided by the final sale price, not the asking price, so an accepted offer moves the rate with it.
| Sale value | Rate | On a real sale |
|---|---|---|
| Under $2,000 | 8% | $120.00on $1,500, netting $1,380.00 |
| $2,000 to $14,999.99 | 7% | $682.50on $9,750, netting $9,067.50 |
| $15,000 and over | 6% | $1,320.00on $22,000, netting $20,680.00 |

Everything else
The other lines, including the ones that are zero.
A fee schedule that only lists what it charges is half a schedule. These are the charges people expect to find and mostly do not.
| Listing a unit | $0.00Unlimited units, no subscription. A listing that does not sell costs nothing. |
|---|---|
| Condition report | $0.00Generated from your eight photos and your service invoices. Included on every listing. |
| Buyer fee | $0.00The buyer pays the agreed price and nothing on top of it. |
| Card and payment processing | Included in the commissionStripe's fee comes out of our side, not yours. The commission is the whole of what we take. |
| Verified Inspection | $185.00Optional. An inspector attends, and their signed grade replaces the computed one. $95.00 for each additional unit at the same address. Stated before you book, deducted from the payout. |
| Relisting after a failed collection | $0.00If the buyer does not collect, the unit goes back on at your price and we charge nothing to do it. |
Removal
Quoted by the contractor. Paid to the contractor.
AssetDelta does not carry equipment and takes no margin on removal. These are indicative ranges so you can size the job before you commit; the contractor quotes the actual figure against your postcode and the unit’s disconnection requirements.
- Two-person collection, ground floor$280 to $450
One unit, tail-lift van, no disconnection work.
- Stairs, or a hoist+$220 to +$480
Charged per floor. A 190 kg combi oven two floors up with no lift sits at the top of this.
- 3-phase disconnect+$180 to +$320
Qualified electrician. Required before a hardwired unit can be moved.
- Gas disconnect and cap-off+$150 to +$260
Gas Safe registered engineer. Includes the interlock where one is fitted.
- Refrigerant recovery+$180 to +$340
F-Gas certified. Venting refrigerant to atmosphere is illegal, so this is not optional on a sealed system.
- Same-day collection+$150 to +$300
When the site has to be clear before the lease ends.
Contractors that cannot legally do the disconnection your unit needs are excluded from your results, and the reason is named.

When the money moves, and where it sits until then.
Funds are held by Stripe under a manual capture, not paid to the seller and not held in an AssetDelta account. Five steps, in order.
- 01
Buyer commits
The card is authorised and the money is held by Stripe. It is not paid to the seller and it is not held by us.
- 02
Collection booked
Contact details unmask for both sides. Removal, if it is needed, is arranged and paid directly to the contractor.
- 03
Unit collected
The unit leaves the building and a 48-hour window opens for the buyer to plug it in.
- 04
Window closes
The buyer confirms, or 48 hours pass with no issue raised. If an issue is raised, the money stays held while it is settled.
- 05
Payout issued
The commission is deducted and the balance goes to the seller's connected Stripe account.
Now put your own unit against it.
The Recovery Calculator estimates what a closing site is likely to recover, drawn against a liquidator quote, before you photograph anything.
